MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – June 13, 2011 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Ralph Morrison and Wayne Carr
Ralph Morrison has requested that the Board of Selectmen grant him an easement for the purpose of running his electrical lines to telephone poles located on 162 Colebrook River Road. Legal Counsel has advised the Selectboard to follow Mass G.L. c. 30B, section~16.~The Board of Selectmen will ask legal counsel to review the SBA lease for restrains in us from leasing any other portion of the property, as the cell tower lease is a comprehensive contract that may have subletting clauses.
Wayne will be on vacation the week of June 13 to June 20th, June 27th to July 1st and carry over vacation to be used the week of July 5th to July 8th. The board will discuss the personnel policy (benefits) at there next week.
The Tolland Fire Department will be carrying over $600 into Fiscal FY12 for training that will take place in that fiscal.
